Shipping to the Balearic Islands: €4.95
Shipping Ceuta and Melilla: €5.85
Shipping to the Canary Islands: €7.30
Rest of the world: €22.50
Purchases over €20.00 will have no shipping cost (only for Spain and Portugal).
The expenses originated by the cash on delivery shipment are the responsibility of the client.
You will receive your order at the address you indicate.
The merchandise preparation period will be 1 business day.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The transport company will deliver the package within the following 24-48 hours (Peninsula) or 72 hours for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. For international purchases the term will be from 3 to 7 working days (approximately)
SHIPMENTS TO THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA:
Shipments to Baleras, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be made through a 72-hour Post Office package.
Possible customs charges are not included in our rates and will be invoiced separately.
In those cases in which the item has reached its destination and the customer rejects the package at customs, the return amount and the procedures derived from the management will be deducted from the total return.
Customs expenses and taxes related to the shipment will be paid in the destination country by the client. These charges are not included in the price of the product or transportation. This condition is accepted with the completion of the purchase.
In those cases in which the item has reached its destination and the customer rejects the customs and management payment, both transport costs and tariffs will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
You have a period of 14 days to return your Lalaeuno jewel purchased in our online store. We inform you that we cannot accept returns and exchanges of products purchased in physical stores, department stores or official distributors.
To make the return you have to contact our customer service department by sending an email to the following address: email@example.com. You must indicate your information, name, surname, telephone number, order number, reference or name of the jewel, and reason for the return. Once we have approved your return, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the return. Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once verified that they are in perfect condition, the corresponding amount will be paid and shortly you will receive the refund in your bank account.
It is important that your products are in the same condition that they were delivered, keeping the instructions, documentation, accessories, packaging and original labeling. Together with the returned items, we need you to include proof of purchase, your name, surname, address (specifying that it is a return in the package) and a telephone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your return.
Each of our jewels is made by hand, so it is possible that some of the colors or shapes of the articles vary slightly in relation to the images shown on our website.
